TESCHGlobal has developed and integrated two applications for the Epic Connection Hub (formerly Epic App Market/Epic App Orchard). We design and develop applications to match the EPIC UI guidelines and UX patterns. TG then successfully deploys these applications to the cloud, where they are accessed from within an Epic instance at a provider site. Using FHIR and Epic APIs, we can present data in the cloud application and write back to Epic.

TESCHGlobal has experience with integrating cloud-based software to run inside a provider’s Epic instance. The Epic Connection Hub applications appear seamless and integrated to the end user, and will not have to leave their session to interact with one of these applications. We have experience connecting to legacy environments as well as with the new Epic Tesseract API Gateway.
EPIC APIs
As part of their Open Epic initiative, Epic has documented and made available to application developers the majority of their APIs. TESCHGlobal has experience utilizing these APIs to interact with and access Epic data, workflows, and other functionality.
FHIR Data Exchange
As the modern and mandated healthcare data standard, FHIR is being used in all areas of healthcare. When developing applications for the Epic Connection Hub, TESCHGlobal will utilize FHIR as the basis for all data that is exchanged and stored within the application.
Application Development
TESCHGlobal has experience in all aspects of application design and development and developing secure, HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications. When approaching design and development for the Epic Connection Hub, TG follows and utilizes EPIC’s UI patterns so that the integrating application would appear seamless to the end users. Working closely with Epic Support to develop documentation and integration guides is important for the Epic provider sites to get up and running faster.
