TG Spotlight: Will Tesch

Q: Where did you grow up?

A: Cheeseland! More specifically New Berlin until middle school, then I went to school in Greendale, WI.​

Q: What career path did you choose for yourself as a child?

​A: I wanted to be the next Evel Knievel – I was the best banana seat bike jumper in the neighborhood.​

Q: What was your favorite subject in school?

A:  French, and though I’m a bit rusty, I can still speak it to this day.

Q: What is your spirit animal and why?

A:  Mountain Lion – I came upon two of them while I was fly fishing out west and was scared out of my mind.

​Q: What’s your favorite book? 

A: Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, as well as Scripture

​Q: Where is your favorite vacation spot?

A: Anywhere with my grandkids

​Q: Is there anything on your bucket list?

A:  Backpacking the Appalachian Trail solo

Q: Do you have any hobbies/activities you like to do in your free time?

A: Fly fishing and spending time with family

​Q: What do you love about TG?

A: I’ve always wanted to build a business that is different and that enables people to succeed, and we’ve done that at both TG and HealthLX. Seeing people succeed is one of my passions. It’s not our skills, it’s how we work with others that defines our success. I wanted to create an environment where other people can succeed.

Q: What tech trend excites you the most for 2022?

A: The ability for people to have access and control of data that they’re producing, or that companies are producing on them. There’s a movement to democratize our personal data and to give us control over the use of it, and I’m most excited about where that will lead the healthcare industry.
